Russell joins Scott Logic as CEO on 11 May, following a successful career leading and growing technology consultancies. “I am delighted to be joining Scott Logic, a company long recognised for its high-quality engineering and the calibre of its people," said Russell. "Its sustained success under private ownership, together with the significant opportunities ahead, makes this an exciting time to join. With a forward-looking approach to the application of AI and the agility that comes from being the right size of company to adapt in a changing market, Scott Logic is exceptionally well positioned for the future. I’m looking forward to helping shape the next phase.”
Scott Logic’s Founder, Gary Scott, continues to lead the Executive Board as Executive Chair, driving forward the company's ambitious strategy that will equip Scott Logic to harness AI in ways that strengthen the outcomes we deliver for our clients. It marks the beginning of our third decade – one we enter with clarity, ambition and confidence.
“Russell is the right leader to take Scott Logic into its next chapter,” said Gary. “His depth of experience in consulting, and his understanding of what it takes to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients, will help us build on the strengths that make Scott Logic special. As Executive Chair, I’ll continue to work closely with Russell and the Executive Board as we deliver our strategy and invest in the capabilities that will support sustainable growth, especially AI.”
