  • Danske Bank has renewed its charity partnership with Include Youth, committing to a third year working together with the NI youth charity.

In the first two years of partnership, Danske Bank employees have raised more than £133,000 for Include Youth. These funds contribute to the Give and Take programme, which helps care-experienced young people aged 16 to 24 enhance their self-confidence, boost their self-esteem, and develop essential skills for employability.

In addition, colleagues have also donated goods worth around £31,300 in the form of hygiene care packs, first home starter kits, clothing donations, and seasonal gifts for Easter, Halloween, and Christmas for the young people supported by Include Youth.

“With funding becoming more challenging, Danske Bank’s continued support brings much-needed stability and enables us to create even more possibilities for care experienced young people to build confident, independent futures. We’re proud to continue this partnership and excited to build on what we’ve achieved together so far.”

Beyond monetary support, in 2025, Danske Bank colleagues delivered over 1,000 hours of skills workshops to young people and Include Youth staff. Vicky Davies, Chief Executive at Danske Bank added: “We are deeply committed to making a positive impact and empowering young people to thrive and reach their full potential. Year three of this partnership provides an ongoing opportunity to strengthen the support we’re providing to the young people Include Youth helps, whether through raising awareness, tackling stigma, fundraising for the Give and Take programme, or volunteering our time and skills.

“Include Youth has also been providing training to our colleagues over the past two years, enabling us to better support and enhance the service we deliver to our care-experienced customers.”
