Integrity360 expands into Benelux with Cresco Acquisition

  • Leading cyber security services business Cresco joins forces with Integrity360 to create a key regional hub in Benelux

    Continuing its global expansion plan, Integrity360 has acquired Cresco, a well-established and highly regarded cyber security services company operating out of Brussels in Belgium.  The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition will enable Integrity360 to expand further into continental Europe and provides additional skilled resources to its existing substantial offensive security, cyber security consulting and compliance capability.

    Cresco, founded in 2020, is a highly respected and accredited cyber security services consultancy and serves customers throughout Belgium and Luxembourg. It operates out of 2 offices in Belgium with a team of over 30 people from which it provides services to a wide range of customers including organisations in the financial, insurance, communications, healthcare, energy and government sectors.

    Cresco has significant expertise across multiple cyber services disciplines but is most well-known for its ethical hacking and offensive security expertise where it delivers a full suite of assessment and penetration test services including red teaming and social engineering. In addition, Cresco provides cyber security consultancy and governance, risk and compliance services including gap assessments and implementation plans for leading cyber frameworks such as NIS2. It also provides employee awareness and training services including phishing simulations and education services for internal IT teams and to improve overall employee awareness of cyber threats. Cresco is also an active supporter of regional cyber communities including BeHack a Belgium based ethical hacking community focused on learning, knowledge sharing and collaboration across the region

    Integrity360 will invest in Cresco for it to become a regional services hub for the group for the whole Benelux region providing the full suite of Integrity360 cyber security services. During 2026 this will include the addition of a new SOC (Security Operations Centre) based in Brussels, which will be become a local access point for the existing circa 200 person Integrity360 global SOC organisation which currently operates from facilities in Dublin, Stockholm, Rome, Sofia, Madrid, Cape Town and Johannesburg. The global SOC operation delivers a highly comprehensive suite of managed services, including EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), XDR (Extended Detection and Response), and MDR (Managed Detection and Response) solutions for business organisations across the whole EMEA region.

    Cresco customers will benefit from access to Integrity360’s highly extensive and complementary cyber services portfolio encapsulating cyber risk and assurance, highly comprehensive 24/7  incident response and forensics services,  infrastructure and technology services, PCI compliance, OT (operational technology) consulting and solutions, and a comprehensive range of cyber security managed services ranging from managing cyber infrastructure, to Managed SASE (Secure Access Service Edge), Managed CTEM (Continuous Threat Exposure Management), and a full suite of  innovative XDR/MDR solutions. Integrity360’s innovative range of services have been recognised five times in a Gartner market guide most recently for Incident Response and Forensic services.
