The acquisition is supported by Keensight Capital (“Keensight”), one of the leading private equity managers dedicated to pan-European Growth Buyout [[1]] investments, and fully aligns with MetaCompliance’s long-term European growth strategy, while strengthening its leadership position within the human risk management space.
Founded in 2002 with offices in Stockholm and Oslo, Junglemap has pioneered the NanoLearning methodology, establishing itself as the gold standard for security and compliance awareness on the Nordic market. It serves a loyal base of approximately 1,200 customers across the Nordics and Benelux, helping them drive lasting behavioural change amid rising cybersecurity threats and increasing compliance demands.
This transaction brings together Junglemap’s local presence, NanoLearning approach and AI content creation capabilities with MetaCompliance’s personalised, automated and scalable solutions. Junglemap’s customers will be able to scale their programmes as their cybersecurity posture evolves by accessing MetaCompliance’s comprehensive human risk management platform, including advanced phishing simulations, user-specific and adaptive security and compliance awareness content, seamless security stack integrations and actionable real-time behavioural insights, while continuing to benefit from the advantages of NanoLearning.

The acquisition further strengthens MetaCompliance’s European reach and creates an expanded Nordic hub across Sweden, Norway and Denmark. This marks the company’s third acquisition in three years, accelerating its mission to help more organisations measure, mitigate and manage human risk at scale, empowering them to stay ahead of increasing cybersecurity threats. MetaCompliance’s customers will gain access to the acclaimed NanoLearning approach, enhancing their ability to deliver personalised and impactful security awareness programmes.
