Danske Bank named as the top company to work for in Northern Ireland

  • Danske Bank has been named as the top company to work for in Northern Ireland, the seventh best large company in the UK, and the top financial services employer in the UK by workplace engagement specialists Best Companies.

For the fourth consecutive year, Danske Bank has also earned a 3-star accreditation from Best Companies, signifying ‘world-class’ levels of workplace engagement - the highest accreditation available.

The Best Companies rankings and accreditations are based on results from an employee survey conducted across participating organisations.

Vicky Davies, CEO of Danske Bank UK, said:

“Colleagues are at the heart of our business, so to be recognised as a world-class employer and named as the top company to work for in Northern Ireland is an achievement we’re all incredibly proud of. What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that it’s based on feedback directly from our colleagues. We’re committed to ensuring colleagues continue to feel valued, supported and empowered in the organisation, and the insights from the survey will be invaluable in helping us do that.”

Caroline van der Feltz, HR Director at Danske Bank UK, added:

“These are our best-ever rankings and are important because they reflect the views, experiences and contributions of colleagues across the organisation. They are testament to the strength of our culture, which is built on inclusion, leadership, learning, and supportive policies that enable every colleague to thrive. By listening to and acting on colleague feedback, we can deliver better outcomes for our people, our customers and our business. We will continue to listen and take meaningful actions that make a real difference.”
