Fieldfisher appoints Stuart Marks as Business Services Centre Director in Belfast

Stuart’s arrival marks a significant milestone in the continued evolution of Fieldfisher Belfast operations and underlines the firm's commitment to investing in long-term growth.

    Bringing over 15 years of leadership experience in professional and legal services across Northern Ireland and internationally, Stuart has a proven track record in scaling teams, building capability and delivering operational excellence.

    Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles driving growth and transformation, leading large-scale teams and optimising service delivery models. His expertise spans implementing strategic change programmes and fostering cultures of collaboration and innovation, all underpinned by a strong people focus and strategic mindset. This combination of skills positions Stuart as a key driver of Fieldfisher’s ambitions in Belfast and beyond, ensuring operational excellence is aligned with client needs.

    Stuart joins Fieldfisher from FinTrU, where he was Managing Director and Head of Business Development. He previously held roles at Goldman Sachs in London, Donaldson Legal Consulting (now Fieldfisher TLS) in Holywood and Citi in Belfast.
