MANTIS, the rapidly growing AI-driven fleet safety and risk-intelligence company, has announced a strategic partnership and minority investment from Whiterock’s Growth Capital Fund.
The collaboration will accelerate MANTIS’s expansion across North America and Europe and enhance its leadership team with the appointment of Graham Ferguson, Investment Director at Whiterock and former CFO of First Derivatives, to the MANTIS board.
Founded by brothers Harry and Neil Girvan, MANTIS provides advanced multi-camera safety technology and predictive analytics to help fleets prevent collisions, lower insurance costs and protect drivers. The company’s flagship platform, MANTIS RECON™, combines AI and video intelligence to deliver real-time risk assessment and proactive driver safety insights.
The partnership with Whiterock will support MANTIS as it scales internationally, building on strong growth across the UK and Europe and a recently signed distribution agreement with one of North America’s largest automotive service providers.
Harry Girvan, CEO of MANTIS, said: “Our relationship with Whiterock is about far more than investment - it’s a strategic partnership that strengthens both our leadership and our capability to scale globally. Graham Ferguson’s experience in helping build a global technology company from Northern Ireland with over 2,500 people gives us world-class insight as we expand MANTIS across the US and Europe.”
Graham Ferguson, newly appointed to the MANTIS board, added: “MANTIS is a remarkable Northern Ireland success story, combining innovation, purpose and real-world impact. The company’s AI-driven approach to fleet risk intelligence positions it at the forefront of a rapidly evolving global market, and I’m excited to contribute to the next phase of growth.”
