  • After Allstate’s triumphant win at the 2024 Tech Crowd Quiz Night, hosted by Aflac Northern Ireland, the torch has officially been passed.

This year, Allstate is proud to host the 2025 Tech Crowd Quiz, a night of fun, fierce competition and fundraising – all in support of homelessness charity Depaul.

Taking place from 7-10pm in The Black Box, Belfast, on the 23 September, this high-energy quiz night is being run in collaboration with the Belfast Early Tech Talent Meet Up and promises a packed programme of entertainment for Northern Ireland’s tech community.

Tech companies across the region, from start-ups to industry giants, are invited to put their knowledge to the test and compete for the prestigious title of ‘2025 Smartest Tech Company’ in Northern Ireland.

Teams of up to five will go head-to-head in a speed quiz showdown, complete with game show-style buzz-in rounds and bonus points for lightning-fast answers. Attendees will be welcomed with pizza and a drink on arrival, setting the tone for a brilliant night that blends competitive spirit with community impact.

Allstate Northern Ireland’s 2025 charity partnership is Depaul, a leading cross-border organisation tackling homelessness across the island of Ireland. With services in Belfast, Derry-Londonderry, and Dungannon, Depaul provides vital support through five key service areas, including prevention, accommodation, and family support.

Allstate employees selected homelessness as the key social issue they wished to support in 2025 and are developing a year-long programme of support for Depaul. This includes fundraising events like the Tech Crowd Quiz, as well as volunteering and donation drives.
