Version 1 is hosting a careers open night on Thursday 25th September 2025, 5:30pm – 8:30pm in its Lanyon Place Offices in Belfast.
The event is open to people of all levels of experience who have an interest in a career in technology and will be particularly geared towards experienced IT professionals looking to take their career to the next level.
Version 1 currently has hundreds of global roles and is seeking to recruit at least 100 new roles across a variety of disciplines in the Belfast office.
The careers open night will provide an opportunity to meet with the local recruitment team to learn more about the roles on offer, gain insights into the exceptional career progression and benefits offered by Version 1, as well as hearing about the future trajectory and roadmap for the business in the coming years.

Attendees will hear from speakers representing three of the organisation’s core practices—Digital, Data & Cloud, Managed Services, and Enterprise Applications. The evening will highlight the breadth of projects and services Version 1 delivers across both the public and private sectors in the UK and Ireland. The team will also share insights into work with a wide portfolio of global clients, including a diverse range of Fintech organisations and several Tier 1 global investment banks.
As Peter highlights, “There truly is something for everyone. We’re recruiting across a wide range of skillsets from Java, .NET and Python developers to AI, data and cloud engineers, delivery managers, Oracle consultants and business analysts. We’re also offering exciting opportunities for design professionals, including UX, UI, user research, content and service design.”
