On Saturday, June 7th, a team of 13 extraordinary Allstate colleagues laced up their boots and set out on an unforgettable journey—conquering the Seven Peak Challenge in the stunning yet unforgiving Mourne Mountains. Their mission? To raise vital funds and awareness for our employee chosen charity Depaul Ireland- a charity working tirelessly to end homelessness.
Over the course of 14 grueling hours, this determined crew scaled seven of the highest peaks in the Mournes—Meelbeg, Meelmore, Bearnagh, Commedagh, Donard, Lamagan, and Binnian—covering 26km and climbing 2,100m in elevation. Battling wind, rain, mist, and sun, they pushed through every step with grit, heart, and unwavering team spirit.
This wasn’t just a hike. It was a powerful expression of Allstate’s deep-rooted commitment to giving back—to supporting the most vulnerable in our communities and creating meaningful change where it’s needed most.
Thanks to their incredible effort, over £3,000 has been raised so far—with donations still coming in. Every pound goes directly to supporting Depaul’s life-changing work across our local communities.
