Liberty IT prepares for growth with new Galway office set to open in 2025

  • Liberty has announced that it is set to open a new 8,600 sq ft office in Bonham Quay in Spring 2025 as part of the company’s ambitious growth plans.

    The industry leader in digital innovation expanded its presence into the city in July 2023 when it opened a hub in PorterShed and over the last 15 months Liberty IT has  developed its operations in the West of Ireland,  with a growing team of 62 employees and firmly establishing itself as a key player in the local tech industry and community.

    The new state-of-the-art office will be located on the first floor of Bonham Quay, overlooking the docks and Galway City, and will have a mixture of working areas including collaboration and innovation spaces, a canteen, wellbeing room, meeting rooms and a town hall area for internal and external events.

    Tony Marron, Managing Director of Liberty IT said: “The opening of our Galway hub last year has accelerated the growth of Liberty IT and we are excited to announce that we are moving to a new dedicated office in Bonham Quay in Spring 2025. Work is underway and we look forward to opening our office as a base for our growing team of employees across Galway and the West of Ireland.

    Bonham Quay is perfectly aligned with our sustainability commitments and has excellent transport links which will support our local team and the wider Liberty IT organisation who will be visiting from our Dublin and Belfast offices.”
