EY Northern Ireland has announced a partnership with SistersIN, which will see female EY leaders acting as mentors to female students across Northern Ireland, offering advice, guidance, and insights into careers in professional services.

The SistersIN Leadership programme is an eight-month development journey for sixth form girls designed to build their confidence and broaden their career perspectives. The 2024 - 25 programme aims to include 700 girls across 50 schools in Northern Ireland, supported by 630 mentors.

Judith Savage, EY Northern Ireland Consulting Partner, said: "We are really excited to partner with SistersIN for its 2024 - 25 Leadership programme, which aligns with our core values of fostering talent and high-performing teams, and amplifies our efforts to develop the next generation of leaders in our communities. We are excited to work with these bright and brilliant young women, offering insights from our own female leaders at EY as they begin to shape their future with confidence."
