Proveye, headquartered at NovaUCD in Dublin, was founded by Jerome O’Connell and Professor Nick Holden as spin-out from the UCD School of Biosystems and Food Engineering. The company an Enterprise Ireland high-potential start-up has been supported to date with funding from ComOp, Enterprise Ireland and ESA.
Proveye’s proprietary market-leading remote sensing technology enables independent and highly accurate measurement of grassland and biodiversity at scale to provide frequent and empirical evidence of the performance of nature-based solutions to climate change and biodiversity restoration across the world's grasslands.
Jerome O’Connell, CEO and co-founder, Proveye, said: “We are delighted to have been selected for the Generative AI Energy Lab edition of the AWS Clean Accelerator programme given the huge number of applications from around the world.
