  • Liberty IT has launched a recruitment drive for 70 new student roles with a mix of placement and graduate places available.

There are a variety of roles available with a key focus this year on Associate Software Engineer for graduates and Intern Software Engineer for those seeking placements with multiple start dates in line with university term-times.

The successful graduates and interns will join the company in 2023, beginning with a comprehensive training programme covering technical and professional skills, followed by working in teams across different business areas.

Speaking about the new roles, Emma Mullan, Senior Director of Talent of Liberty IT said: “A student placement or graduate role with us is hands-on. We empower our students to take control of their careers, with access to comprehensive learning and development opportunities, all within our culture of engineering and innovation, community engagement, social events and wellbeing.  I would encourage anyone interested to visit our website, talk to our people and find out more about what makes Liberty IT such a great place to work.”

Shannon Clarke, Intern Software Engineer added: “I joined Liberty IT as an intern a few months ago and I'm having a great experience so far. I've settled into my team well with the help of my buddy and I've already learnt so much in such a short space of time. The application process was very straightforward and easy to engage with. I would definitely recommend applying for an opportunity here.”
