Applied Systems, a worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently searching for a Admin Assistant to join our Applied Europe team Reporting to the manager of the Customer Success Team for Strategic Customers in Ireland, the purpose of this job is to support our Customer Success Managers with day to day administration.
What You will Do
- Support Customer Success Managers with day to day administration and anticipate future needs
- Service and attend meetings as required
- Perform reporting administration across multiple applications, including OpenAir, Salesforce and JIRA, including basic data analysis and drafting reports
- Assist with the development and update of templates and guidance documents
- Develops and maintains relationships of trust, accountability, and integrity with colleagues and customers
- Attend and engage in team meetings
- Collate content for monthly newsletters, both customer and internal
- Assist Customer Success Managers with customer led projects
- Utilise strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as technical and industry knowledge to establish credibility with internal & external stakeholders
- Ensure all work is logged and maintained effectively
- Manage and escalate client and/or department related issues as required
- Audit and draft report on customer usage of Applied products
- Adhere to existing team processes, and implement process improvement as required
- Performs other duties as required by management
What You Will Need To Be Successful
Remote Opportunity: Ability to as part of our hybrid working model but ideally within easy commuting distance to our Belfast Office.
- Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to engage and communicate
- MS Office proficient, specifically comfortable with Excel and Powerpoint.
- Technical / Functional Skills:
- Creative problem-solver
- Knowledge of insurance industry and/or Applied product portfolio
- Strategic thinker with ability to influence others
- Enjoys interacting with people and helping others
- Energized by working with others in team atmosphere
