Danske Bank agrees new two-year partnership with Women in Business

  • Danske Bank has today announced a bespoke new partnership programme with Women in Business

    The partnership will include an event programme that will add further value for Women in Business members, and will include Danske Bank employees participating in Women in Business’s Mentoring Programme.  Danske Bank will also be sponsoring the Small Business category at the Women in Business Awards 2016, which will be held at the Ramada Plaza, Belfast on 17th November.

    Oonagh Murtagh, Head of Finance Centre at Danske Bank said: “At Danske Bank we are keen to support and encourage all women to reach their full potential in the world of business. Within the bank we have a high number of female employees, while many of our customers are Women in Business members and award winners.

    “Women in Business has been a leading business organisation in Northern Ireland for the past 14 years and presents great opportunities for networking, leadership development, entrepreneurship and collaboration.” 

    Roseann Kelly, Chief Executive of Women in Business commented: “This unique partnership with Danske Bank will give our members a chance to be mentored by some of the leading business women in the banking sector and to take part in a new series of tailored events.
