    Your role in the team

     

     

    The role of the Identity Management Senior Engineer would be inclusive of user lifecycle management, creation of workflows and customization of IDM forms. In addition, this individual should be able to effectively collaborate and act as a liaison with clients and technology partners throughout IT. This role requires extensive background and experience in Identity Management and software development as well as an ability to work as a team and ensure appropriate visibility, communication, and governance across key business partners and stakeholders. 

     

    • Lead the IDM platform for internal, Consumer and Agency environments
    • Installation and configuration of IDM Solutions
    • Implement target system integration 
    • Troubleshoot and support IDM applications and systems
    • Implement/Customize Workflows, Forms, Rules, Provisioning and Certifications
    • Document technical design, configuration and customization specification documents
    • Perform functional and technical requirements gathering and analysis for an enterprise wide Identity & Access Management program.

     

     

    So, what are the essential criteria to apply?

     

    • All candidates must evidence an existing right to work in the UK'
    • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a hands-on technical role within the Software Development Lifecyle
    • 2+ years’ experience implementing Identity Management solutions (preferably SailPoint IdentityIQ)
    • 2+ years’ experience with Java, C#, Python or other similar object-oriented programming language
    • Working knowledge of web services

     

     

    We also have some desirable criteria

     

    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Security, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience
    • Java and SailPoint Beanshell development experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Work well under pressure and timelines to produce results
    • Analytical skill set and insight for “connecting the dots” when troubleshooting application issues
