    Job Description

    We are looking for experienced Product Managers who are passionate about building products that customers love.  You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to iteratively generate and test assumptions, design, build and deliver products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

    • As a digital product manager, you will be empowered to create, drive and execute product strategy for one or more products in our growing digital product portfolio.
    • You will collaborate with customers to understand their needs & habits to product concepts and/or to release product iterations.
      People will look to you as the Voice of the Customer.
    • You will be responsible for business case(s) and roadmaps that demonstrate how activities will meet KPIs and deliver customer and enterprise value.
    • You will participate in the development of software as product owner alongside your Agile team(s), partner with stakeholders inside and outside of the enterprise, and present to field teams and at events as the ‘product expert’ for your defined product area.
    • You will be eager to share innovative knowledge and agile PM processes to add value to the wider team learning experience.

    The candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

    • Entrepreneurial with a strong inclination towards action and leadership in ambiguous situations
    • Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making and influence product strategy
    • Familiar with user-centred design, customer journey maps and know how to apply these techniques to learn more about customers and to gather their feedback to product concepts/iterations. Or you are all-in to learn and operate with this approach
    • Must care about the ‘why’ and are able to structure a logical analysis to inform a direction (for example: frame a build vs. buy decision and use KPIs to evaluate a direction)
    • Able to judge your success by the success of your team and the happiness of your customers
    • Able to define and articulate product vision and product road maps
    • Understanding of lean concepts such as using MVPs to validate assumptions, fail fast and delivering simplicity of design
    • Able to define and use metrics as a basis for future product related decisions
    • Demonstrate passion for mobility topics and/or Internet of Things
    • Able to translate complex topics into a set of independent, small, testable stories

    Essential Criteria

    • Must be an EU citizen or possess a current UK Tier 1 Visa or Tier 2 visa and eligible to take up full time, permanent employment. EU candidates must also demonstrate they are eligible to take up UK employment post-Brexit.
    • Minimum of 4 years product management experience
    • Experience operating in an environment driven by KPIs.
    • Ability to communicate complex and innovative concepts with proven experience driving decision making.
    • Ability to be self-directed and to proactively anticipate problems and seek opportunities.
    • Entrepreneurial with a strong inclination towards action, preferably with experience at a startup.
    • Skilled at defining and prioritising product features.
    • Clear passion for topics of mobility, Connected Car and/or Internet of Things products and an ability to identify possibilities to innovate in our product space.

    Desirable Criteria

    • 3rd level qualification (IT preferable)
    • Experience in product management or product development experience for a B2B business model
    • Familiar with user-centered design, customer journey maps and know how to apply these techniques to learn more about customers and to gather their feedback to product concepts/iterations.
