Now in it’s 6th year, CitiSpire’s mission is to empower female students in STEM and provide career advice and support at the early stages of their degree.
The programme offers mentoring, support, guidance, and practical advice to female students studying a STEM related degree discipline. During the programme Mentees will be offered: 1-2-1 mentoring from high-calibre female IT Professionals at Citi, invitiations to tailored workshops and networking opportunites with other mentors and mentees.
For the first time post pademic, Citi were recently able to host an in person closing event at the Titanic Hotel hearing from Citi mentors, Citi’s Women Network and presentations from this year’s mentees.

Citi Spire is one of my favorite initiatives at Citi. What started as a simple idea 7 years ago has evolved into an inspirational program for both Citi mentors and our Uni mentees. It really makes a difference to people's lives and careers and as an added bonus we now see alumni excelling at Citi in a variety of roles!
