Deliveries to businesses and individuals across Northern Ireland have been cancelled and delayed by Brexit.
The UK's transition period following its withdrawal from the European Union ended with the new year, causing disruption for both online retail and supply chains for major stores. Thousands of online retail customers in Northern Ireland have also received notifications that their ordered items have been delayed or cancelled due to Brexit.
Goods crossing from Great Britain to Northern Ireland have been disrupted, and some online retailers in the EU have also chosen not to deal with new UK VAT requirements. HMRC has given companies a three-month grace period to help them prepare, but some retailers have already stopped delivering to Northern Ireland altogether.

Supermarket Sainsbury's recently made headlines when it began stocking Spar brand products in place of some of its usual ranges. The company has entered into a supply arrangement with Henderson Group, whose supply chain was prepared for Brexit and involves a significant number of local companies.
British retailer Debenhams has already closed down its online sales in Ireland due to new tariffs, and other UK retailers have stopped delivery to the EU. In total over 50 major retailers in the UK are expected to face significant financial pressure from new trade tariffs. Economy Minister Diane Dodds has urged the UK government to take action on cancelled deliveries to NI.
