Cybersecurity firm SaltDNA received the Data Management and Security award at the 2020 Legal Innovation Awards, which were held virtually on Friday 2 October.
All winners were recognised for their innovation in the legal sector and for working on precedent-setting, game changing projects and initiatives.
SaltDNA were nominated in the category of Supplier Innovation - Data Management & Security, which is focused on organisations that demonstrate originality in the delivery of their products or service to law firms.
The Belfast-based company's secure communications platform is used by some of the world's largest law firms, providing them with the ideal way to communicate securely with clients to handle chosen legal matters.

Mobile communications present major privacy challenges for the legal industry. Client-attorney privileged discussions, mergers/acquisitions details and legal strategy are just a few examples of mobile communications that have been intercepted and reported on in the news.
