    Ladies who Launch

    Taking place on Tuesday 19 September, Ladies who Launch is all about celebrating inspiring women entrepreneurs and business owners throughout Northern Ireland and Ireland. With a popular panel including CFO Sarah Friar of Square and Nuala Murphy, CEO & Founder of Moment Health LTD, it’s no surprise tickets to the event have been snapped up already.     Smart Belfast: Supporting urban innovation
    Belfast City Council in collaboration with city partners invites you to the launch of the Smart Belfast framework and Smart Belfast Collaborative Challenge. Taking place on Tuesday 26 September, the launch aims to develop a framework that can build on the city’s digital sector even further through innovation and collaboration between, businesses, universities, and government. The Smart Belfast Collaborative Challenge, developed by the Council and Invest NI is aimed at SMEs that want to enhance their competitive edge through working together to address the challenges Belfast and other cities face today.

    Invent 2017 Student Pitches

    Kicking off next week, Wednesday 13 September, Invent 2017 student pitches will showcase some of Northern Ireland’s greatest inventions from Year 11 and above students before one is awarded the desired ‘Invent Student Award’. Tickets are limited for schools to attend, however, the competition will be broadcast on TV as part of the BBC Made in NI TV show. More details here:

    N.I Chamber Annual Networking Conference & Business Showcase

    Next Tuesday 12 September, will see NI Chamber of Commerce holding their Annual Networking Conference and Business Showcase. This annual event is always a great place to hear from others whilst also providing an ideal networking opportunity. Hear from keynote speaker Gori Yahaya, Head of Training, Digital Garage from Google and learn some tips from Dublin Airport’s Chief Communications Officer Paul O’Kane, as well as many others.

    This year Sync NI will be having their own stand and thanks to Retinize, our stand will include VR and AR headsets which will contain an exciting Carl Frampton boxing experience.
