  • 50 new jobs have been announced today by the technology company, Codec-dss, after "dramatic" growth over the last year, following a €2.5m investment.

    Codec-dss said that recruitment for the roles, which will include programmers and consultants, will begin immediately at its new Galway office, with the next three years seeing a total of 50 new people being added to the team, which already employs more than 180 people. 

    In other exciting news, Codec-dss has also been announced as Microsoft's country partner of the year for 2017 today for Ireland.

    “Our Microsoft practice is a true success story. The quality of our resources has been the key factor,” said Ronan Stafford, CEO of Codec-dss.

    Codec-dss has offices in Dublin, Belfast, Galway, Cologne, Warsaw and London, and has an annual turnover of €20m.
