  • Some users of Apple’s  £1,000 iPhone X are complaining that the device doesn’t let them answer calls.

On Apple’s Support Forums, a number of users were stating they couldn’t answer calls, as the display doesn’t wake up when the phone is ringing.

"Whenever I receive an incoming call in my iPhone X, ringtones starts but the display comes on after 6-8 seconds. Whenever I restart my iPhone X the problems gets automatically solved and after 15-20 calls the same problem starts again."

The Financial Times, who first reported the glitch, notes that Apple is ‘looking into these reports’.

This glitch isn’t the first issue that has risen since the release of the iPhone X.

Back in November, the company had to put out a software fix for devices, that wouldn’t work in the cold weather. In addition, last week there were reports that the company are halving its iPhone X production target for the first three months on the year, indicating poor sales of the iPhone X.
