    Job Description

    The Talent Acquisition Coordinators are responsible for providing management information on talent acquisition performance, supporting interview arrangements and creating analytical support for Talent sourcing.

    • Own interview scheduling to ensure a timely interview process and create an excellent candidate experience using SmartRecruiters 
    • Reporting on Talent Acquisition performance
      • Adverts
      • Conversion ratios
      • Other Auditing
    • Creating Talent Market Maps and identifying the best sourcing regions
    • GDPR Compliance
    • Visa point of contact
    • Recruitment Supplier liaising e.g. invoices, queries and more
    • Onboarding and contract adjustments
    • Project work e.g. continuous improvement

    The Talent Acquisition Coordinators will be required to do other business-related activities.


    • Previous experience of working in a recruitment environment, this could be in an agency, in-house or RPO.
    • A passion for delivering a truly outstanding candidate experience
    • Experience managing an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) ideally SmartRecruiters
    • Highly organised and able to schedule interviews
    • You will be a confident communicator and will enjoy building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
    • The ability to prioritise and manage your own time effectively.
