    The Role and the Team

    The Proofpoint Security Awareness Training (PSAT) Customer Success Management organisation is responsible for delivering a world-class experience for our customers. The Customer Adoption Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and acting on low usage customers in our Commercial segment. The individual will utilize existing data from the PSAT platform and Pendo to identify customers who are not fully utilizing our PSAT product and perform customer outreaches to achieve higher adoption levels.

    Currently home working due to Covid. Return to office will be a hybrid model, offering a flexible balance of office and home working

    Job Requirements

    • Collect, organize, and analyze product usage data from various sources to identify customers that are not fully utilizing the PSAT platform.
    • Develop messaging that highlights the newest capabilities of the platform and reach out to customers to raise awareness and help them leverage those capabilities.
    • Participate in customer webinars as needed to assist in driving product usage to larger audiences.
    • Build a sustainable cadence to ensure a consistent and targeted approach to driving adoption with your customers.
    • Monitor and report on adoption levels to determine level of success of your campaigns and continually refine to increase success.

    What you bring to the team

    • Experience in customer success management, or other relevant experience.  Experience with a SaaS technology company is preferred.
    • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce (or similar)
    • Experience working with customers in the SaaS industry to drive higher levels of product adoption.
    • Excellent communication and presentations skills.
    • Comfortable in learning new technologies such as Pendo to extract and review usage data to drive awareness and adoption of critical features across the customer base.
    • Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously.
    • Strong logical thinking skills including the ability to develop, analyze, and draw conclusions that have a positive impact on improving adoption in our Commercial segment.
    • Ability to develop strong customer relationships through information gathering on critical needs.
