  • Our vision is to facilitate collaboration between the prehospital, in-hospital, and post-acute care environments. We believe a seamless integration of data across all three domains allows more time to be spent on improving patient outcomes. To realise this vision, we will build a new, next generation patient registry software platform capable of handling all service lines and patient types.

You will be essential to realising the idea of a centralised patient registry software-as-a-service offering.  You will be involved in all phases of product development; working in interdisciplinary teams to discover, strategize, implement and launch services that benefit specialty patient registry programs.

    • Reiterate product vision and user research findings to our development team by highlighting proposed features and their business and client value
    • Conduct analysis work and collaborate with developers and designers to understand and fine tune our backlog items ripe for the execution phase, including the creation of acceptance criteria
    • Support your team to ensure that they have everything they need to size, accept and execute on work.
    • Help define releases as a collection of new/incremental features, architectural improvements, and allocations for technical debt.
    • Provide product subject matter expertise to ESO support and implementation staff to create a world class customer experience.
    • Contribute to continuously improving processes and ways of working
