Assured Skills Future Business Skills Academy is supported by the Department for the Economy and may be delivered in collaboration with Belfast Metropolitan College.
The programme is designed to provide participants with the future skills needed to start a career with PwC in Belfast - whether you’ve just graduated, are looking for a change in direction or returning to work.
Programme overview
The eight-week Academy training commences on Tuesday 31 August and finishes on Monday 25 October 2021. Applicants should be available for the entire duration of the training period. Any pre-scheduled commitments should be outlined in the application.
Training is Monday to Friday, from 9.00am – 5.00pm. While the training can be undertaken from home, applicants need to be able to commit to the full-time training as outlined above.

Design thinking
Additionally, you’ll be supported through the first steps of a Professional Qualification - the CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting.
Upon completion of the programme, you’ll be guaranteed an interview for a role with us in Northern Ireland. If successful, you’ll commence employment with the firm in Belfast on Monday 15 Nov 2021 and will receive a starting salary in addition to generous company benefits and extensive learning and development opportunities.
Essential criteria
2:2 degree in any discipline
You must be eligible to work in the UK. If you hold a visa, that visa must entitle you to full time, permanent employment in the UK
Desirable criteria
In the event that a large number of applications are received we reserve the right to enhance the minimum criteria if necessary in order to generate a manageable shortlist for interviews.
Training and childcare allowances
You’ll also receive a training allowance of £155 per week throughout the nine week programme. You may also be eligible for childcare allowance.
