    In this role, you will:

    • Will have the opportunity to work on our global platform built on AWS which enables:
      • Building backend APIs using Node.js
      • Frontend web applications using React.js
      • Chatbots
    • Take a customer-centric approach to deliver real value and solve complex business problems working as part of an agile team.
    • Communicate and collaborate with your team and customers to have exposure and participation in the entire software development lifecycle.
    • Deliver high quality, tested and secure code following the processes and standards within the team.
    • Continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
    • Use a range of architectures, tools and frameworks, and have the opportunity to experiment and learn new technologies.
    • Identify areas for improvement across all aspects of the product and suggest and implement new ideas and innovations to make these improvements.
    • Actively seek opportunities to collaborate with and learn from Workgrid Engineers across our organization through internal networks, events and communities of practice.

     

    Essential Criteria

    • A third level qualification in an Information Technology or Computer Science related field.
    • 1+ years experience with Node.js and/or React.js / Angular.js / Vue.js.
    • A proven ability to deliver high quality JavaScript code.
