    Your role in the team

     

    We have an opportunity for experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The successful applicant will be key contributor to the recruitment function with responsibility for a wide portfolio of jobs and will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from advertising/marketing through to the point of offer with candidates.  You will understand the technology environment and able to develop strong relationships with the Allstate business units developing solutions which effectively meet the business needs.  You will be target driven and able to respond and manage within tight deadlines, applying the highest recruitment standards at all times.

     

     

    • Recruitment for assigned business areas
    • Preparation and posting of job adverts
    • Drafting and issuing candidate communication
    • Scheduling of interviews and assessments
    • Preparation of interview guides
    • internal client partnership
    • Report and metrics generation
    • Attendance at and supporting preparation for recruitment events
    • Candidate sourcing
    • Other ad hoc tasks as required

     

     

     

    So, what are the essential criteria to apply?

     

    • All candidates must evidence an existing right to work in the UK
    • Have a minimum of 2 years end to end recruitment experience
    • Experience conducting high volume recruitment campaigns for key roles
    • Experience using Social Media recruitment tools (e.g. Linkedin) for candidate searches and campaign promotion.
    • Previous experience of all aspects of the recruitment life-cycle from job posting to offe

     

     

     

    We also have some desirable criteria

    • Degree level qualification
    • In-house experience
    • IT or contact centre recruitment experience
    • Affiliate membership of IRP or associate member of CIPD
