Senior Product Owner - Content Collection & Distribution

  • What you will be doing:
    ·         Working with a Product Manager to build a content distribution business. Content that will be distributed includes Rating,          Reviews, Images, Videos, Editorial Content, Product Questions and Answers, and other types of content. 
    ·         Engage in user research.
    ·         Flesh out ideas with wireframes and mockups (in conjunction with designers).
    ·         Work with engineers and designers to define product requirements and ship features regularly.
    ·         Analyze data, including analytics and A/B testing results.
    ·         Use data analysis to improve features and inspire new product ideas.
    ·         Research markets and competitors
    ·         Writing system requirement specifications in user stories, using the higher-level product management requirements as a guide.
    ·         Ensuring that all engineering teams within your purview have everything they need to size, accept and execute on work.
    Essential Criteria:
    ·         3+ years of internet software product experience.
    ·         Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    ·         Deep understanding of web development technology (must be familiar with AWS)
    ·         Outstanding data analysis skills (must have mastery of Excel and sql)
    ·         Experience in Lean Product Management and agile development methodologies
    ·         Ability to make data-driven business decisions.
    ·         Previous entrepreneurial / start-up experience a plus.
    ·         Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
