    Your role in the team

     

    The team you would be joining is responsible for delivering new functionality to support the Consumer Data platform and providing a 360 view of customer information across all channels. It is integral to the Connected Consumer initiative as the enterprise responds to a shift in customer demand from the traditional methods of conducting business and buying products.

     

    The product is pivotal to Allstate's transformation of business and technology models as customer demand shifts from the traditional methods of conducting business and buying products.

     

    We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love.  You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to iteratively generate and test assumptions, design, build and deliver products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

     

    As a digital product manager, you will be empowered to create, drive and execute product strategy for one or more products in our growing digital product portfolio. You will collaborate with customers to understand their needs & habits to product concepts and/or to release product iterations. People will look to you as the Voice of the Customer and you will be responsible for business case(s) and roadmaps that demonstrate how activities will meet KPIs and deliver customer and enterprise value.

     

    You will participate in the development of software as product owner alongside your Agile team(s), partner with stakeholders inside and outside of the enterprise, and present to field teams and at events as the ‘product expert’ for your defined product area. You will be eager to share innovative knowledge and agile PM processes to add value to the wider team learning experience.

     

     

    So, what are the essential criteria to apply?

     

    • All candidates must be able to demonstrate their right to work in the UK
    • A minimum of 5 years Product Management experience
    • Experience operating in an environment driven by KPIs.
    • Ability to communicate complex and innovative concepts with proven experience driving decision making.
    • Ability to be self-directed and to proactively anticipate problems and seek opportunities.
    • Entrepreneurial with a strong inclination towards action, preferably with experience at a startup.
    • Skilled at defining and prioritising product features.

     

     

    We also have some desirable criteria

     

    • Experience in product management or product development experience for a B2B business model
    • Familiar with user-centered design, customer journey maps and know how to apply these techniques to learn more about customers and to gather their feedback to product concepts/iterations.
