Senior/Principal Software Engineer

• We are looking for a Senior/Principal Software Engineer to join and lead a team of engineers, developing bespoke cloud and mobile software solutions for our clients.
  
  

  Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of fellow engineers to develop software solutions of the highest quality to production - solutions that meet and exceed our client’s expectations
  • Research, evaluate and implement new technologies that help improve how we work
  • Proactively contribute to a team culture that values quality, robustness and knowledge sharing
  • Mentor more junior staff and peers

  
  Need to have

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in the software industry
  • An exceptional understanding of how to create and test clean code
  • Excellent academic qualifications and communication skills, written and verbal
  • A keen eye for detail and quality which should be reflected in your outputs
  • Deep curiosity and excellent understanding of emerging technologies and practices
  • Evidence of building cloud applications in Java or C#, or enterprise mobile applications
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK

  • Evidence of taking a leadership role in a technical team to deliver software to market
