    Job Description

    Allstate is currently seeking a Production Support Analyst for Unified Customer View platform. The position will reside in Allstate’s ATSV ISG organization. The team is responsible for ensuring that high quality data is available at all times to the large number of enterprise applications that rely on this data to conduct business and service customers.  

    Responsibilities include (but aren't limited to):

    • Problem tickets (PRB’s) – Ability to identify Root cause and correct within SLA’s
    • Incident tickets (INC’s) – Pick up and work Incidents within SLA.
    • Respond to Ad-Hoc requests in a timely manner.
    • Implement data audits to correct medium to large scale data issues.
    • Ability to partner closely with key business stakeholders.
    • Provide technical assistance within the team and to other applications areas we work with.
    • Track and resolve defects.

    Essential Criteria

    • Must be an EU citizen or possess a current UK Tier 1 Visa or Tier 2 visa and eligible to take up full time, permanent employment. EU candidates must also demonstrate they are eligible to take up UK employment post-Brexit.
    • 2+ years’ experience of Production Support processes, particularly in the areas of incident and problem management
    • 2+ years’ experience of using SQL Developer

    Desirable Criteria

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively collaborate with multi-disciplinary groups and all organisational levels
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Must be self-motivated with the ability to accomplish tasks independently
    • Ability to effectively work with a globally distributed cross-functional team
    • ServiceNow knowledge
    • Tibco knowledge
    • JAVA experience
    • .Net knowledge
    • Experience in building and running audits
    • Some understanding of the Unified Customer View applications
    • Previous experience in driving quality initiatives
    • ITIL certifications
