Senior Front End Engineer

  The Role

  Proofpoint is looking for a front-end engineer to help develop the next generation user interfaces for our core security products.

  Do you care about security and what is going on in the industry?

  Do you enjoy coding with the latest technologies?

  Have you built an HTML5-based game before?

  Do you know Bootstrap inside out?

  Your day-to-day

  • Develop application UI’s for cloud-based services
  • Be part of a team working on the leading email security product suite in the market
  • Help establish tooling and procedures for next generation front-end stack development

  What you bring to the team

  • BSc or equivalent Third level qualification, or equivalent technical experience
  • Extensive UI Development experience
  • Expertise in building high performance web applications
  • Experience in ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript(ES6), and Node.js
  • Passionate about automation and repeatability
  • Familiarity with NPM dependency package management
  • Familiarity with Unix Shell Script, SQL, NoSQL
  • Familiarity with agile development
