We are seeking a full-time trainer to join our growing team. You will help deliver software development workshops and courses to clients across Ireland, UK and worldwide.
Key Responsibilities

Delivering courses and workshops

Presenting at user groups and conferences

Creating new courseware

Please note that although most of Instil's training client base is within Ireland there will be occasional deliveries in the UK, US and continental Europe
Need to have
-
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the software industry

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
-
Completed a degree or post-graduate qualification in computer science or software engineering

Keen to learn new technologies and passionate about passing on your knowledge to the next generation.

High level of expertise in multiple programming languages and a deep understanding of Object Oriented and Functional Programming

Eligible to live and work in the UK

Great interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team

An excellent understanding of Agile development concepts (clean code, automated testing, CI, etc)

Client facing and presentation experience

Evidence of having contributed to continual education through coaching, speaking at developer events or volunteering at coding clubs.
