    As a Graduate, you’ll benefit from a structured Graduate Development Programme designed to help you learn in real-time, on-the-job and through supported training. That includes:

    • Participate in requirements analysis to allow for Quality Assurance estimations for software development projects.
    • Create test cases/ scripts/ sample data based on project requirements.
    • Set up and execute tests on developed software and record evidence.
    • Raise defects.
    • Perform security penetration testing of developed software.
    • Explain the tests executed, data used, the results and defects to the software development team.
    • Produce and maintain high quality technical documentation.
    • Contribute to the continued development and ongoing maintenance of a comprehensive company test pack which can be used by other QA Team staff.
    • Learn and apply Information Security and Quality Management best practice.

    You’ll be educated to at least higher level in Computing or a Software Testing discipline and have or expect to have a 2:1 or equivalent. You’ll also be:

    • A confident communicator.
    • An effective and enthusiastic team player.
    • Self-motivated and eager to learn more.
    • Methodical and logical in your approach.
    • Organised and have an eye for detail.

    If you have achieved ISTQB Foundation Level or similar, we’d be interested in hearing about that too.
