Systems Analyst

  • JOB PURPOSE:

    To assist with the delivery of key system information to the Direct Labour Organisation and to maintain and improve the DLO Workforce System

    REQUIREMENTS

    Candidates must have:

    • A degree, or a qualification of an equivalent level, in a relevant Business or IT related subject.

    Or

    • have Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification


    In addition, candidates must have 5 years’ relevant experience.

    The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate technical, analytical and problem solving skills in order to provide insight and analysis through effective visual, written and verbal communications.

    For the purposes of shortlisting, candidates must demonstrate their relevant experience within an IT environment, by providing specific examples with dates, in at least four of the following six areas:

    1. Maintenance and updating of a Workforce Management / CAFM software solution.
    2. Training staff on the use of software.
    3. Systems/Business Analysis, adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
    4. Day to day management and maintenance of a mobility application. 
    5. Extracting, analysing and presenting management information or business intelligence to assist in decision making.
    6. Experience with databases (SQL etc)
