Title: Test Manager
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland
Duties:
- Manages testing activities of all testing resources and estimates the testing effort for projects
- Develops and maintains the overall testing approach
- Identifies and implements the appropriate testing tools for the project
- Manages the testing team development of the test conditions and test scripts
- Identifies and escalates project level quality issues and risks
- Assesses the progress and effectiveness of the testing effort
- Tracks and reports status of the project and testing deliverables
- Manages the root cause analysis of quality issues in testing projects
- Leads test engineers in appropriate testing techniques
- Manages the required test environment configurations and updates
- Advocates the appropriate level of quality by the resolution of prioritized defects
Required Skills:
- Degree from university or equivalent knowledge and experience
- 7-10+ years of software testing experience including 2-3 years as a Test Manager
