Marketing Executive

    What does this role contribute to the Company?

    As Marketing Executive at FAST you will be responsible for creating and implementing a marketing plan for the brand and the individual product segments.

    This role is integral to the growth of FAST as you will act as brand ambassador for FAST and a source of knowledge for FAST colleagues on marketing best practices.  You will be based at FAST but have the full support and direction from the Group Marketing team based at our HQ in Magherafelt.

    What we will ask of you:

    • You will prepare for and contribute to departmental marketing meeting to review campaigns, discuss plans, and share ideas.
    • Responsible for the creation of the brand marketing plans and post campaign analysis
    • Assisting with development and management of brand strategy, plans and budgets – you will feed into the overall brand strategy and assist in research, creation, and day-to-day delivery of activities in the plan. This will include major projects such as supporting the continued development, roll-out and activation of our newly refreshed brand across the world.
    • Provide Sales Managers/FAST Directors for allocated brands with campaign results with the help/guidance of the Head of Marketing on a monthly and quarterly basis
    • Social media monitoring, website development, management and advertising for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn channels
    • Provide detailed briefs to Graphic Designer and any external agency
    • Liaising and networking with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
    • Event management, including exhibitions and internal events
    • Social media planning, posting, monitoring, management and advertising for Facebook, Twitter, Linked In channels
    • Support the ongoing development and delivery of our brand strategy and how we articulate our brand story internally and externally.

     

    What we are looking for:

    Essential

    • 2-3 years Previous marketing experience
    • Experience of managing a brand
    • Website Management Experience
    • Analysis and reporting on sales figures
    • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
    • Must be able to work on your own initiative in a fast-paced environment
    • Full UK driving license

     

    Desirable

    • Previously worked within the marketing team of a manufacturing company
    • Project Management Experience
    • Branding experience
    • Experience of working with diverse product portfolio
