    MINIMUM (ESSENTIAL) REQUIREMENTS

    • Enjoy working as part of a team

    • Knowledge of least one object-oriented language and have been programming for some time, but programming alone is not enough for you;

    • Enjoy close cooperation with the client - including high-level managers

    • Desire to build a portfolio of completed projects in cooperation with prestigious companies from the Fortune 500 ranking - thanks to that getting to know how business works from the inside;

    Knowledge of any front end technologies, XML, XSLT, XPath, XSD; experience with projects using WebServices, Cloud Computing, and databases will be an asset.

    YOUR ONBOARDING:

    You will spend the first month in your new role on intensive specialised training, covering both technical issues and those related to your personal development (presentation skills, cooperation with the client, fluent communication). You will work with a mentor who will individually introduce you to the specifics of your work so that after this time you are ready to begin your project.

    YOUR DEVELOPMENT:

    In the future, you can be promoted to the position of a Senior Consultant, who is involved in independently running large Workday Extend projects for prestigious clients from around the world. You can become a person fully responsible for designing and developing extend applications for a given client. You will have free technical supervision over the entire project and a team of several people to look after. You will work with high-level managers, building contacts and a good reputation.

    Assessments are likely to take place in Nov/Dec 2022. If we hold a second wave of assessments, you may not be contacted until the New Year.

    These roles will commence in Summer 2023.
