Senior Technology | Talent Operations Manager

    The Enablement team supports Operate in developing its people, processes, performance and technology for individuals, teams and entire programmes.     Skills and Experience  

    In addition to the key skills competencies outlined in our global PwC Professional framework, the successful candidate will have: 

    • Previous experience leading multiple large scale complex technical/digital recruitment projects to develop and build a range of highly skilled technical teams across multiple locations. 

    • Demonstrable experience of conducting interviews and making hiring decisions up to and including Senior Manager / Director grade in a volume driven and fast paced technical environment

    • Previous experience focussed on people operations, delivery and governance activities with a focus on talent attraction and operations

     

    The Role
    This is a critical business growth role and the successful candidate will lead a team focussed on talent attraction, recruitment and selection. Influencing the wider people strategies focussed on engagement and retention. 

     

    Key Responsibilities
    You will drive the Operate Digital attraction and recruitment strategies across all talent channels. This is a highly collaborative and proactive role, you will also work with resourcing, recruitment and brand teams to deliver recruitment priorities aligned to Operate Digital’s business strategy growth. You’ll be part of a matrix structure with dual reporting lines to the Operate Digital leadership team as well as the Operate operations leadership team. 

    • Understanding and articulating all talent channels, and helping to design recruitment strategies that support the future talent needs of the business (across multiple locations and levels of experience)

    • Using your knowledge and experience to lead change and positively influence excellence at all stages of the recruitment process including how we attract and source candidates, how we describe roles, how we select the best candidates.

    • Responsible for commercial decisions related to resourcing and recruitment decisions.

    • Support senior hire interviews. Conduct Senior Associate interviews and support Manager interviews with a Senior Manager present for roles across the UK and offShore.
