In this event, we will see how Smart Transport is changing the face of transit in our cities, the direction our infrastructure is taking and where innovative services and products can benefit the sector.

Giles Bailey (Innovation Strategy Consultant), Stratageeb

Giles specialises in transport innovation, drawing on many years of experience in analysis, implementation and commentary within the UK industry, independently and as a former Head of Marketing Strategy with Transport for London. He will discuss the state of the sector, and the impact of open & private data and technologies on business strategy.

Laura Burns (Digital Delivery Manager) and Richard Bassett (Customer Information Analyst), Translink

How do Translink evolve their services with new technologies becoming available? What are their needs and pain points, and how are they using innovation to improve quality of service? We will hear about website & ecommerce approaches, as well as the background data and challenges, as well as Translink's live reporting.
