Java is one of the most popular computer programming languages in the world. It is the main language taught in the MSc Software Development Conversion course here at Queen’s. If you are considering your next steps after your final year under graduate this event will give you a real insight into the conversion course. The MSc SD is for non-computing graduates with a 2:2 or higher. It is the highest rated computing post graduate

What is happening during the Event?

We’ll give you a taster of programming, in a fun and relaxed environment. No experience necessary. We’ll start from scratch. We’ll also tell you a bit about the MSc Software Development and if you like what you see, hear and do on the day there will be an opportunity to try the entry aptitude test for the MSc SD (takes about 15mins).

When is the event?
Launch day: Thursday 9th January, 9:30 – 15:00 in Computer Science Building (CSB) room 02.017.
