Powered by Bank of Ireland UK and Forde Campbell ‘Building business performance post-Brexit’ is a seminar series run by industry for industry that delivers advice and information on how companies can boost their business performance post-Brexit through benchmarking, innovation, digitalisation and navigating the commercial legal landscape.

Designed for CEOs, MDs and decision-makers, industry experts will guide attendees through useful, practical, cost-effective end-to-end programmes, approaches and frameworks required to boost their competitiveness, productivity and profitability.

The event will also showcase successful, local companies including Dale Farm, Denroy, Hyster-Yale, Moyola Precision Engineering and Onesource Virtual that have boosted their business performance through the application of tested, end-to-end approaches.

Experts offering analysis and best practice insights across legal, benchmarking, innovation and digitalisation include Alan Bridle from the Bank of Ireland UK, Rory Campbell from legal firm Forde Campbell and Colm Higgins from QUB’s Northern Ireland Technology Centre.

Presentations will also be delivered by Bob Barbour, Paul Madden and Susan Cleland from the Centre for Competitiveness - an independent, not-for-profit self-financing membership led business improvement organisation. that helps organisations throughout the island of Ireland to innovate, excel and achieve sustainable growth.
