Acumensis training is based on the principles of Experiential Learning, an established and proven holistic model of the adult learning process which is consistent with what we know about how people naturally learn, grow, and develop. The learning cycle basically involves four stages: Concrete experience Reflective observation Abstract conceptualisation Active experimentation.
