LeanIn Global HQ and Diversity Mark Partner for Allyship at Work webinar

  • LeanIn Global HQ and Diversity Mark, the leading authority on diversity and inclusion across the UK and Ireland, have teamed up to deliver an Allyship at Work webinar.

Beginning Thursday 7th July at 3pm, the one-hour session will empower employees to take meaningful action as allies.

The webinar, which introduces 50 specific research-based actions, has been used successfully by Adidas and WeWork, among other major companies, with 94% of participants feeling better equipped to practice allyship in the workplace.

RELATED:  “To drive change, companies need to invest deeply in all aspects of diversity, equity, and inclusion”

The Allyship at Work toolkit features bespoke activities, real-life stories, group discussions and videos, enabling participants to develop a shared understanding of allyship and prepare to take action in ways that impact and help avoid pitfalls like performative allyship or a saviour mentality.

Speaking ahead of the virtual event, Nuala Murphy, Director of Diversity Mark, said “We are honoured to work with LeanIn Global HQ to provide this workplace webinar and better equip employees to recognise not only their power and privilege within their own organisations, but to spearhead change on the path to creating a better workplace environment.
