Belfast Met ICT apprenticeship application date extended

  • Belfast Met has extended the deadline for applications for its level 3 and 5 ICT apprenticeships by one month, according to the college's Bring IT On Twitter account today.

A wide variety of roles are available across a diverse range of technology sectors including infrastructure, software development, Cyber Security & Cloud applications. Applications will now be accepted until August 27.

Successful applicants will be employed in one of the participating companies and receive “on-the job” training from Belfast Met. The participating firms will be investing in successful applicants' training to enable them to gain a Level 3 or 5 qualification (depending on pathway) and beyond.

The scheme generally suits young people with some AS or A-Level qualifications who wish to reskill or develop professional skills in the IT sector: For full admission criteria, visit the Belfast Met apprenticeships page and the Bring IT On website.
