FinTech AI firm Futrli announces 80 new jobs in £5.5m Belfast expansion

  • British FinTech firm Futrli has announced plans for 80 new jobs over the next three years as part of a £5.5m investment in a new Belfast office.

    UK firm Futrli offers its financial software solutions as a service to over 45,000 small businesses globally, helping firms forecast financials and quickly generate reports and models. The firm has now developed a new AI-based Futrli Platform product and is opening a new Belfast delivery centre to help deliver the service to companies around the world.

    The Futrli Platform uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to help small businesses turn their collected business data into actions that will benefit the business. The new delivery centre in Belfast will create 80 graduate-level jobs over the next three years, with primarily in operations and software engineering roles being created.

    Invest NI has offered £440,000 toward the creation of the new jobs, anmd the Department for the Economy has pledged training worth up to £406,000 to create 60 new training places at Belfast Met via its Assured Skills programme. The scheme provides training to fulfill the role and a gauranteed interview at the company for those who complete the course, so keep an eye out for these training positions as they open up.
