  • Neueda's Digital Transformation Services Lead Claire McNally will be giving a talk this week at Digital DNA urging businesses to take a holistic approach to digital transformation.

Digital DNA kicks off tomorrow in St George's Market in Belfast for two days of concentrated tech. Claire McNally will be giving a presentation at the event urging companies to take a holistic approach to digitally transforming their organisations, the message being that businesses must implement transformation across all aspects of their organisation if they want to stay ahead of the competition.

"It isn’t enough to simply look at what your business currently does and consider how technology can replace that. Nor is it about simply acquiring more technology for the sake of doing so," explains Claire. "True digital transformation is about assessing the business you are in, the applications required to run that business, the data you have access to that will support and develop the business and the technology required to support all of this."

Claire is the Digital Transformation Services Lead at Neueda and has seen digitisation of companies drastically improve their performance and reduce costs if it's done correctly. Practically every company has some aspect that can be improved by adopting the right digital solution, but Claire advocates a more thorough transformation than just tacking on a new piece of tech.

If you're going to be at Digital DNA tomorrow, you can catch Claire McNally's talk at 10AM in Theatre 2.
